Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order ?

The processing of your order, the creation of your made to measure canvas and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a delay of 10 to 30 working days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does delivery cost ?

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum order quantity required, and we offer two types of delivery:

1. Standard shipping: which is free of charge worldwide

2. Secure shipping: for $5.99 that protects you worldwide.
against theft, loss and damage in transportation.

My order is not complete ?

If your order includes several items, it is possible that they will be sent separately, depending on the stock or the creation time of certain canvas. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I did not receive my order

A problem with your local post office? A lost, broken or destroyed package? With our secure delivery, our store will take care of all disputes for you.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier, we take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense. Do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, our team will do its best to meet your expectations. 

Cancellation & Return

Can I change my order ?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in progress of creation".

Can I cancel my order ?

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress of creation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect.
Our fabrics undergo strict quality controls before each shipment.

However, if your canvas has a manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
