RETURN POLICY
ARTICLE 8 : GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT The articles supplied by https://designartofficial.com/ are new. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and recommended suppliers.
If an item is defective or does not conform to the contract, the buyer has 14 working days, from the date of receipt of the item, to request its replacement or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, with all possible accessories, instructions and documentation (necessarily in the original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In this case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact.designartofficial@gmail.com (description and photos attached).
In the event of exercise of the right of retraction, https://designartofficial.com/ is held to restore to the customer the sums paid by him, without additional expenses, with the exception of the expenses of return. The refund is made within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package or packages.
The return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
In case of refund, we guarantee that it will be done within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package. We do not accept payment on delivery for any reason.
